Return & Refund Policy
At ICONIC YOU – National Digital Talent League, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all aspects of our competition platform. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments made for participation.
1. Nature of Service
ICONIC YOU provides a digital participation-based competition platform. The entry fee grants access to:
- Participation in the selected competition category
- Submission of personal content (photo/video)
- Evaluation and/or voting process
- Eligibility for recognition and awards
Since this is a digital service, no physical product is delivered.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made towards entry fees are non-refundable.
Once a participant has:
- Completed the payment
- Submitted the entry form
The transaction is considered final and non-reversible.
3. Duplicate Payment
In case of accidental duplicate payment, participants may contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted but:
- Entry is not confirmed, or
- Payment status shows failed
Participants are advised to:
- Wait for 24–48 hours for automatic reversal, or
- Contact our support team with payment proof
5. Disqualification or Rejection
No refund will be provided if a participant is:
- Disqualified for violating rules
- Found submitting inappropriate or false content
- Removed due to policy violations
6. Cancellation by Organizer
In rare circumstances where the competition is:
- Cancelled
- Postponed significantly
ICONIC YOU reserves the right to:
- Offer a rescheduled opportunity, or
- Provide partial/full refund at its discretion
