This Return &amp; Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments made for participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Nature of Service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ICONIC YOU provides a <strong>digital participation-based competition platform<\/strong>. The entry fee grants access to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in the selected competition category<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of personal content (photo\/video)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluation and\/or voting process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligibility for recognition and awards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Since this is a <strong>digital service<\/strong>, no physical product is delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. No Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All payments made towards entry fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a participant has:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed the payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submitted the entry form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction is considered <strong>final and non-reversible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Duplicate Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of <strong>accidental duplicate payment<\/strong>, participants may contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded to the original payment method within <strong>5\u20137 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
